From the first call I made, it was a great experience. The phone rep was knowledgeable, courteous and got us an appointment quickly. The technician, Luc, was amazing! Punctual, friendly, professional and most important superbly skilled and efficient. Honestly, couldn't ask for better service from start to finish dealing with Home Appliance Care. Luc came to replace the door of our microwave this morning.
Luke came out to fix our Dishwasher. He was excellent. Managed to source the cause of our issue quickly and efficiently. Also took the time to ensure that the Dishwasher was working properly and even that it was levelled properly and checked all filters. It was an electrical issue in the end which he spotted and fixed in great time. A very nice man ! Super professional - 10 out of 10 all day long

We had Home Appliance come to look at our dishwasher to order a part. The technician was phenominal. He re-adjusted our drainage for the dishwasher and topped up the Finish dish rinse aid. I was astounded on the meticulous work he did. I can't wait for the part to come in and have Home Appliance perform the work.

Initial issue is being reviewed, was actually canceled by Frigidaire, not them.
This was our second experience with Home Appliance Care and it was just as good as the first time. Very speedy response to our call for assistance and the tech who attended to our broken fridge was excellent. Thank you Andre! He made a quick diagnosis and was able to implement a temporary fix to get us back to cold drinks until the replacement parts could be ordered. Recommended!
