Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We can usually send a Technician to your home same day or next day. (depending on your location and type of problem).Â
All of our work is warrantied with 90 days parts and labor.
To properly fix the appliance, a technician will diagnose the appliance ($179.00 for most models). If a part is needed to complete the repair, a flat rate fee for the repair and the part cost will be quoted for evaluation.
Most parts get delivered within a 24 to 48 hour period from time of order. We can quickly return to the home once the part is received. All parts order get schedule in priority to get the appliance working again as soon as possible. Â
We order the part from the suppliers the same day as your diagnostic. Part orders are normally received withing 24-48 hours.
Yes, the technician do have some basic components in the truck. However, many parts are model specific which means a part may have to be ordered in.

Yes, before we go out, your service request will be reviewed by a technician, if they determine that a part is required, we will order the part before our fist visit. First time Fixed right is our Top priority.Â

We can certainly provide a general idea of price to repair your appliance, however each machine is different and price varies from model to model. For this reason only a Technician can provide the correct cost once a diagnostic has been completed.Â
